Creation of Partitions

 Creating Partition For Dual Boot System

Step1: Go to the properties of strode disk you wish to partition



Step2: Go to tools and click check



Step3: Select Scan Drive



Step4: Optimize and defragment the drive to prevent any minor errors



Step5: Now right click the start menu and select disk management 



Step6: choose the device you want to partition



Step7: Choose the biggest partition of that device



Step8: Right click the partition and goto Shrink Volume



 Step9: now assign size give it a minimum of 20 Gb of storage and click shrink



 Now just wait 
Step10: If you wish to use space allocated space. In our case we will leave as unallocated space because it is for the installation of Ubuntu
